Free for cancer patients, survivors & their caregivers. This guided meditative practice gives you permission to rest, restore and tap into new sources of energy. There is nothing required of you but to lieback and listen; this is not a physical movement class.

Yoga Nidra is a meditative practice that has been shown through research to provide relief from stress, depression, worry, pain and at the same time improving mindfulness. 

.

Yoga Nidra is practiced lying down with blankets and props to support and assist in deep relaxation (to enhance your comfort, bring your own pillow and blanket). Please arrive 5-10 minutes early as Yoga Nidra is the one class that we can’t accommodate late arrivals.  All levels welcome.
