Our many experienced teachers are able to guide all levels of students through postures designed to help them deeply relax, strengthen and revitalize. Over sixty classes are offered each week.New students try yoga everyday at Yoga Source. Students are encouraged to sample different types of yoga to find the right combination of classes and styles that best benefit them.

Introductory classes are offered to give the new student more explanation and a lighter class. Intermediate classes require knowledge of poses and are faster moving for the more experienced student.
